Please note: Valley Reflections is keenly aware of the wide range of challenges people may have experienced during or after the pandemic, and the role prior life experiences may have played in aggravating those challenges. We would be happy to help you navigate this next stage in your life, and to process whatever residual impacts you may have experienced. In-person sessions are available providing both you and your therapist are healthy, and we continue to practice safety protocols to ensure everyone’s well-being. Confidential phone/video sessions are also an option, with instruction for a successful video session available here.

Valley: like our beautiful Okanagan valley, our path through life is characterized by both valleys (low points) and mountains (high points); those valleys can sometimes seem oppressive and those mountains out of reach, and our goal is to offer hope as you navigate those lows and inspiration to keep those seemingly distant goals in sight.
Reflections: the calmer our two lakes, the more clearly they reflect the mountains above; like the lakes, our goal is to offer a calm mirror to accurately reflect your challenges and strengths, your dreams and goals, so we can provide the clarity and connection, the vision, needed to pursue your goals.
