Clear vision. Clear mind. Clear path.
Challenges are a normal part of life. Usually, we can take them in stride and move on, but sometimes they seem overwhelming and too big to handle alone. Between a pandemic, isolation, financial or work-related stressors, and the turbulent political climate we now face, our usual coping strategies may not seem as effective. Reaching out for help takes wisdom and courage. Valley Reflections would be happy to help you navigate this next stage in your life by processing residual impacts and developing new coping strategies. Together, we can get you back on track.
Note: Sessions are available both in-person and via confidential video sessions; you’ll find instruction for a successful video session here.

“Valley Reflections” - What’s in a Name?
Valley: like our beautiful Okanagan valley, our path through life usually has both valleys (low points) and mountains (high points); those valleys can sometimes seem oppressive, while those mountains sometime seem out of reach. Here, at Valley Reflections Counselling, our goal is to offer hope as you navigate those lows, inspiration to keep those seemingly distant goals in sight, and guidance for each step you take on your path.
Reflections: the calmer our two lakes, the more clearly they reflect the mountains above; like the lakes, our goal is to offer a calm mirror to accurately reflect your challenges and strengths, your dreams and goals, so we can provide the clarity, connection, and vision needed to keep you moving toward your goals.
